We are pleased to announce that the case between
Enagic USA, Inc. and a US Sanastec representitive, has
been settled with a peaceful resolution (as predicted,
the matter was not brought before a court of law.) As a
result of this settlement, all Sanastec dealers/IBO in
the United States will give up the right to use the
“Kangen Water” trademark. However, for Sanastec
dealers that still have previous units in stock, the
dealers to continue selling their products and
accessories despite the fact that Sanastec formally
announced lately, that they will be ceasing all
shipments of their products to the US. Distributors can
continue selling their water ionizers, accessories and
parts until sold out. The warranty for these products
stays in full effect. Kangen International is also
planning to continue selling Sanastec products as well.
However, our products will be coming from a new
Sanastec International factory based in the United
States (Mr. Oshiro will not be involved this time
around.) Our product line has also expanded and will
include water ionizers made in Japan. Please stay tuned
for new announcements.

“misunderstanding” by all parties, we still regret all of
the confusion and frustration that the issue between
Enagic and the Sanastec dealer/IBO has caused
amongst the distributors for the past two and a half
years. This entire ordeal placed a great deal of stress
and worry among not only the distributors but
customers as well. With this matter finally settled, we
are excited at the new opportunity to grow in this
business and more importantly, to earn your trust in us
again.
